No. The marketplace is pay-as-you-go — you only pay a match fee when you accept a job. The subscription tiers are only for the Website Estimator widget you embed on your own site.
There are two kinds of matches. When a job fits your buy box and connects to you exclusively, the fee is your category's rate of the project's fair market mid-price, with a $50 minimum and a $250 cap. Marketplace leads are shared — up to 3 pros can purchase the same lead — so each slot costs 60% of the exclusive fee, from $25. You always see the exact price before you pay.
Because they're not exclusive. An exclusive buy-box match connects one pro to the job. A marketplace lead can be purchased by up to 3 pros, so each pays a discounted slot price instead of the full fee.
